Training in essential gynaecological laparoscopic surgery

Using virtual simulation models and anaesthetised bioreactive animal models, in this course students perform the surgical techniques related to minimally invasive surgery in gynaecology such as hysterectomy, adnexectomy, oophorectomy and omentectomy. The inherent knowledge of this specialty is completed with the development of cardinal skills in diagnostic/therapeutic laparoscopy: mastering depth of field, 3D vision and ambidexterity.
